Outcomes. Not just output.

Gamechange delivers the people and skills to manage internal and external projects – working alongside your team or as an outsource option. Dial-in your brand and messaging, from research to front line contacts, in-person and interview prep. Together, we’ll choose the stories and media for optimal value, speed, reach and service.

Every project starts with a question: What does success look like? Some need a fresh communications plan and toolkit review. Other clients want to update video channels, digital libraries, build print resources or create materials to educate and engage audiences.

RSM – Editorial team, at your service

SITUATION

As an on-call resource, we staffed and delivered projects ranging from a white paper on financial tech and consulting to a rapid rebranding following an acquisition. Keeping up with the pace of IT changes, cloud security and Microsoft consulting meant interviews with practice leaders and deep dives into technology needs of middle-market clients.

DELIVERED

Web pages and white papers; slide decks and blog ghostwriting. This work spanned all sorts of delivery outlets and ranged from the personal stories of remote consulting to the ways companies could accelerate financial closings and transactions. IT-driven, bottom-line results showing multiple ways this company served clients beyond traditional accounting.

Cloud computing analysis simplified

SITUATION

For this early-stage company, sharing its expertise in forecasting corporate decisions based on purchases of cloud capacity and resources. Executives were stretched but had research, podcast interviews, quarterly reports and other resources that told their story. What their marketing team needed was a managing editor to prioritize and chart a course.

DELIVERED

Hidden in research materials were key details and insights that anticipated the success of cloud-first companies such as Canva. In 2022-23, we helped Intricately to share trends, data and industry leaders in retailing, cybersecurity and other fields by tracking big cloud capacity purchases. These were leading indicators, instead of tracking sales, revenues or other historical reports. Using research, expert interviews and social media content, Intricately predicted the future of this digital business frontier.
